Before Equipment Arrival: Checklist for Facility Conditions and Interface Confirmation
Closing the basic, logistics, electrical, gas, cooling water, and exhaust interfaces before shipment can significantly reduce on-site waiting.

Core Points Project delivery delays are often caused by incomplete interface information. Layout drawings must be converted into measurable, signable on-site conditions, and the responsibility boundaries between clients and suppliers must be clearly defined. Implementation Focus 1. Re-inspect transport passages, door openings, lifting points, floor load-bearing capacity, and equipment foundations. 2. Confirm power capacity, grounding, gas quality, pressure, and cooling water parameters. 3. Check conditions related to ventilation, fire safety, network, and environmental permits. 4. Before shipment, use photos, measurement records, and mutual signatures to close deviations. Verification and Closure Unfinished items should have a responsible person, a deadline, temporary measures, and an explanation of the impact on the commissioning plan. Project Recommendations During scheme review, input conditions, target values, verification methods, and responsible persons should be written into the same traceable document.Synchronously assess the impact on design, manufacturing, and delivery when changes occur. Doing so can transform experience into stable and reproducible engineering capabilities.
